Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

SuperStableVPN is a month-to-month service with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate or refund partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

If you purchased an annual plan, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but service continues until the end of the prepaid year.

Service Issues

If the service is unusable for technical reasons we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected billing period in full. Reach out to support before requesting a chargeback — we are happy to make it right.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include your invoice number and a brief explanation. We respond within one business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Taxes

Refunds include any sales tax (GST/HST/PST) we collected on the original charge. Stripe processing fees are not refundable to us by Stripe, but we absorb that cost for service-issue refunds.
