How we protect your connection, your account and your payments.
Secure connection
The VPN runs on OpenVPN with modern AES-256-GCM encryption, so the data between your device and our server in Israel is encrypted.
This matters most on public Wi-Fi and other networks you don't fully trust.
Your personal VPN profile
Every customer gets their own VPN profile with a personal certificate instead of a shared password. When your subscription ends, the profile is switched off.
Don't share your profile with anyone: it lets them connect to the VPN as you.
Your data
We run our own server in Israel and keep no logs of the sites you visit, your DNS lookups or the contents of your traffic.
To run the service, your account, your subscription and support, we process a limited set of service data.

Account and payments
The site and your account area work only over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, and repeated failed sign-in attempts temporarily lock the account.
Payments are handled by Stripe, an international payment platform. Your card number never reaches our servers.
What a VPN does not do
A VPN protects the connection between your device and the VPN server, but it does not make you fully anonymous online.
It does not protect you from phishing, malicious sites or information you give to websites yourself.
For extra safety, keep your system and browser up to date, use strong passwords, and turn on two-factor authentication wherever it is offered.
Report a vulnerability
If you have found a security problem in our site, account area or VPN service, please write to [email protected]
Please
- Test only with your own account, and do not access, change or delete other customers' data.
- Do not run denial-of-service or load tests, send spam, or use phishing or social engineering against our customers or staff.
- Give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before you tell anyone else about it.
We will reply within 5 business days and keep you updated until the issue is fixed. We will not take legal action against anyone who reports a problem in good faith and follows these rules. We do not pay bounties yet, but with your permission we will thank you by name on this page.
