Acceptance of Terms
These terms form the agreement between you and SuperStableVPN for use of the service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Who May Open an Account
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract where you live, and the account must be opened in your own name with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.
Free Trial and Automatic Renewal
New accounts start with a 3-day free trial with full access and no payment method required. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription on its own — you choose whether to subscribe. Once you do subscribe, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and the card on file is charged for the next period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Prices and Billing
The service is billed at 17 CAD per month or 190 CAD per year, including applicable Canadian sales taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we change prices we will give notice by email before the change applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and partial periods are not refunded. Annual subscriptions and service failures are covered separately by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to attack or disrupt other systems, to send spam, to infringe other people's rights, or to resell access to third parties. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are located. We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, and we may do so without notice where the breach is serious.
Availability and Support
We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, and changes made by third-party websites can all affect access. We do not control the Israeli services you connect to and cannot guarantee that any particular website or application will accept the connection.
Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where we are required to do so by law. If we terminate an account without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current paid period.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection rights you may have.
Changes, Governing Law and Contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and we will notify account holders by email of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
