Yes Website Not Loading Abroad? How to Cancel and Return the Decoder

In our check on 23 October 2026, the Yes website didn't open from abroad. Through SuperStableVPN, with an Israeli IP, the site opened. After a move, what most people need from Yes is one thing: cancel, return the equipment and stop paying. Below is how to do that through the personal area and without it.
Test the Yes site with an Israeli IP: free for 3 days, no credit card required. After that it's 17 CAD a month (about ₪36), taxes included, and only if you choose to subscribe. You'll need the free OpenVPN app: we send you a configuration file and instructions, you connect and open the Yes site. There's no separate app of ours to install.
What you need from Yes after a move
All of this is according to Yes (cancellation, FAQ, in Hebrew):
- Cancelling. On the cancellation page you fill in your name, ID, phone and address, and Yes calls you back within 2 business days to process the cancellation and arrange how and when the equipment goes back.
- Returning the equipment. The Nesher branch takes equipment returns only; the Kfar Saba office (היוזמה 6) is open Sun–Thu 08:00–16:00. IP and internet equipment can be dropped at Pelephone service centres for free, or sent by courier for ₪59.
- Invoices and changing the payment card: in the personal area.
- Freezing the subscription: also on the site.
- With a Bezeq International bundle, cancelling Yes covers the TV only; the internet is cancelled separately with Bezeq International.

How to get in with an Israeli IP
- Sign up for SuperStableVPN: 3 days free, no credit card required. Install the free OpenVPN client on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux and import the configuration file we send you (setup).
- Connect and check that an IP-lookup site shows Israel.
- Open yes.co.il and the personal area or the cancellation page.
Ours is a static IP from a range of Israeli residential addresses. Sites flag such addresses less often than a regular VPN's datacenter ones, though no site promises to accept them (residential IP vs a regular VPN).
What a VPN doesn't fix
- SMS codes. To receive SMS codes you will also need an Israeli phone number; see SMS codes from Israel abroad.
- The equipment still has to go back physically, to a branch, a service centre or by courier; a relative in Israel can do it.
- Other services closed from abroad are in the table of 106 Israeli websites.
