IBI or Psagot Trade Not Loading Abroad? How to Reach Your Trading Account

Does the IBI or Psagot Trade trading system not load from abroad? That's what we saw in our check on 23 October 2026: IBI's trading system, the IBI Capital area and Psagot Trade didn't open from abroad. Through SuperStableVPN, with an Israeli IP, they opened. The main IBI and Psagot sites open from abroad today, and they carry the forms and phone numbers below.

What you need from your broker after a move

IBI (self-trading forms, useful information, in Hebrew):

• Viewing the portfolio and trading happens in SPARK; according to IBI it works from any browser, and there's an IBI SPARK app.
• Withdrawing money: the online withdrawal request form.
• Updating personal details, email and mobile number: separate online forms, plus one for setting a phone identification code.
• Paper forms IBI asks you to fill in and send to [email protected] with a copy of the account holder's ID.
• The tax-withheld certificate (Form 867) can be downloaded from the trading system from 31 March for the previous year; you need it when filing a tax return.
• Employee options and shares (IBI Capital). In MY CAPITAL, according to IBI, you place orders and see holdings and vesting data (MY CAPITAL, in Hebrew).

IBI's list has no separate form for changing tax residency, so ask the service desk about it.

Psagot Trade (information centre, in Hebrew):

• Online forms: securities withdrawal, a Psagot Trade account-closing letter, a managed-account closing letter, cash withdrawal, and in English a Funds Withdrawal Form and a Foreign Securities Withdrawal Form.
• Deposit and securities-transfer instructions are PDFs on the same page.
• Tax: according to Psagot, the system calculates the tax and loss offsets itself and pays the tax to the Tax Authority.

How login works

• IBI SPARK: a username and password; the link to the system is on the IBI TRADE home page (IBI trading platforms, in Hebrew).
• Psagot Trade: the username is the account holder's ID number, plus a personal password. On first login you reset the password; a forgotten one is recovered through "שכחתי סיסמה" (forgot password) or by phoning the service desk (Psagot Trade guide, in Hebrew).

If a step sends a code to your phone, it goes to the number the broker has on file. Update it with the form while codes still reach you.

How to get in with an Israeli IP

1. Sign up for SuperStableVPN: 3 days free, no credit card required. Install the free OpenVPN client on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux and import the configuration file we send you (setup).
2. Connect and check that an IP-lookup site shows Israel.
3. Open IBI SPARK (sparkibi.ordernet.co.il), MY CAPITAL (mycapital.ibi.co.il) or Psagot Trade (trade.psagot.co.il). If a login form appears, the connection side is solved.

Ours is a static IP from a range of Israeli residential addresses. Sites flag such addresses less often than a regular VPN's datacenter ones, though no site promises to accept them (residential IP vs a regular VPN).

What a VPN doesn't fix

• SMS codes. To receive SMS codes you will also need an Israeli phone number; see SMS codes from Israel abroad.
• Security checks on withdrawals or changed details. The broker may ask for phone confirmation or documents; an IP doesn't change that.
• Tax and residency are for the broker and the Tax Authority; see Israel Tax Authority website not loading abroad.
