Supergas or Amisragas Website Not Loading Abroad? How to End Your Gas Contract

In our check on 23 October 2026, the Supergas and Amisragas websites didn't open from abroad. The whole sites are closed, bill payment and the customer area included. Through SuperStableVPN, with an Israeli IP, the sites opened. After a move, what most people need from the gas company is one thing: end the contract, return the equipment, get the deposit back and stop paying.
Open your gas company's site with an Israeli IP: free for 3 days, no credit card required. After that it's 17 CAD a month (about ₪36), taxes included, and only if you choose to subscribe. You'll need the free OpenVPN app: we send you a configuration file and instructions, you connect and open the gas company's site. There's no separate app of ours to install.
Because the sites are closed from abroad, the facts below come from archived copies in the Wayback Machine (Amisragas from 2024, Supergas from late 2025 and February 2026).
Amisragas: contract, equipment and deposit
Under the Amisragas LPG consumer contract (December 2024 version, in Hebrew):
- Term: one year, then it continues with no fixed end. After the first year, the consumer can end it with one month's written notice.
- Equipment goes back as soon as the contract ends, in good working order apart from reasonable wear. For damaged equipment the company can claim its value.
- Deposit. You pay a deposit when signing. Once the company has the equipment back and all amounts owed are paid, it returns the deposit or its balance. If the equipment isn't returned within 14 days of a demand, the deposit can be kept.
- No gas bought for six months in a row: the company can end the contract with a month's notice, unless the consumer reported a temporary absence and left the equipment in the company's store.
Other actions, according to the Amisragas site (copy from February 2024, in Hebrew):
- Transferring the account to a new occupant when you move or rent the flat out: download the ownership-transfer form, fill it in and send it to the email address given at the end of the form.
- Paying the bill, a card or bank standing order, email invoices, updating a subtenant, reporting a meter reading are all under "פעולות שירות" (service actions) on the site.
Supergas
The Supergas site (Supergas, in Hebrew) has sections for paying the gas bill, ordering cylinders, a standing order, email invoices and transferring the account; the transfer leads to the customer area, which is also closed from abroad. The Supergas home page doesn't say how to end the contract or get the deposit back, so ask the service line.
What you can do without the website
From public sources — the companies' websites:
Amisragas (Amisragas contact, in Hebrew):
- National service centre: *3626, sales centre *3179. These are short numbers that usually can't be dialled from abroad.
- WhatsApp with a service and sales agent: 054-3626362.
- Complaints about a product or service and anything else: 1-800-379-777, Sun–Thu 09:00–15:00; 1-800 numbers usually don't work from abroad either, so this one is more for relatives in Israel.
- Emergency line, for gas leaks only and outside working hours: 03-6417274, from abroad +972-3-6417274.
- Address: החברה האמריקאית הישראלית לגז, אחד העם 34, Tel Aviv 6515107.
Supergas (Supergas site, in Hebrew):
- Phone: *3114 and 1800-450-016, both Israeli numbers; 09-8308103, from abroad +972-9-8308103. Gas service Sun–Thu 07:30–16:00, Fri and holiday eves 08:30–12:00.
- Service WhatsApp: 054-9354176.
- Gas leak: *3114 at any hour, or SMS and WhatsApp to 053-7733807.
How to get in with an Israeli IP
- Sign up for SuperStableVPN: 3 days free, no credit card required. Install the free OpenVPN client on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux and import the configuration file we send you (setup).
- Connect and check that an IP-lookup site shows Israel.
- Open supergas-power.co.il or amisragas.co.il. If the site opens, the connection side is solved.
Ours is a static IP from a range of Israeli residential addresses. Sites flag such addresses less often than a regular VPN's datacenter ones, though no site promises to accept them (residential IP vs a regular VPN).
What a VPN doesn't fix
- Cylinders and equipment go back physically. They're collected from the flat or handed to the company; a relative in Israel or the new occupant can arrange it.
- A foreign card is declined at payment. That's down to the payment system and the bank, not the IP.
- SMS codes. To receive SMS codes you will also need an Israeli phone number; see SMS codes from Israel abroad.
- Arnona, water and other bills for the flat are in Paying Israeli bills from abroad, and other services closed from abroad are in the table of 106 Israeli websites.

How do I end an Amisragas contract after moving?
Under the Amisragas consumer contract, after the first year you can end it with one month's written notice. The equipment goes back in good working order, allowing for reasonable wear. Amisragas doesn't describe a separate procedure for moving abroad in the pages we found.
Will I get the cylinder deposit back?
Under the Amisragas contract, once the company has the equipment back and you've paid everything you owe, it returns the deposit or what's left of it. If the equipment isn't returned within 14 days of a demand, the deposit can be kept. We didn't find Supergas's deposit terms in the archive.
Which number do I call Supergas on?
The Supergas site lists *3114 and 09-8308103; from abroad, dial the second as +972-9-8308103. For a gas leak, Supergas asks you to call *3114 or send an SMS or WhatsApp to 053-7733807.
