HaMislaka Not Loading Abroad? How to Get a Report on All Your Israeli Pension Savings

An older man on a balcony reading a folder of pension statements, the sea in the distance

Does the pension clearing house site (HaMislaka) not load from abroad? That is what we saw too: in our check on 23 October 2026 it opened from Israel, but not from abroad. Through SuperStableVPN, with an Israeli IP, it opened. It matters because HaMislaka is the one place where a single report shows all your pension savings: funds from different employers, a keren hishtalmut (study fund), insurance policies, including ones you forgot. The funds' own sites mostly open from abroad today; see Checking your Israeli pension savings from abroad.

Test HaMislaka with an Israeli IP: free for 3 days, no credit card required. After that it's 17 CAD a month (about ₪36), taxes included, and only if you choose to subscribe. You'll need the free OpenVPN app: we send you a configuration file and instructions, you connect and open HaMislaka. There's no separate app of ours to install.

What HaMislaka gives you

According to HaMislaka itself (swiftness.co.il, in Hebrew):

  • A full report on all your pension products at every institution, active and inactive: balances, deposits, death and disability cover, and a pension forecast.
  • A check that a former employer actually paid in: the report shows deposits to active accounts over the last 12 months.
  • Updating your personal details in a given company's products, such as a new address, phone or email after a move.
  • Reports for the Tax Authority on your pension products.
  • A power-of-attorney code for an agent or advisor to work with your data, and cancelling one.

Health and property insurance are not included.

How sign-up and login work

  • Registration is one-time and free and, according to HaMislaka, desktop-computer only. You verify your identity with a credit card (instant, no charge) or with a code collected at an Israel Post branch for ₪10, which takes a few days (registration). From abroad only the card route is realistic; HaMislaka doesn't say whether a foreign card is accepted.
  • Login is with a one-time code sent to your phone or your email. If you registered an email address, you don't need an Israeli SIM to log in.
  • The report takes 3–4 hours, and you're told by email or SMS when it's ready. Data stays on the site for 7 business days and is then deleted, so download it straight away.
  • Price: registration is free; a one-off full report is ₪14 according to HaMislaka and TheMarker, though one answer on HaMislaka's site still says ₪20.

What you can do without the website

From public sources — HaMislaka's contact page, HaMislaka's home page, the Capital Market Authority's addresses and phones (in Hebrew):

  • WhatsApp: 055-9728279.
  • Phone: 076-8020400, a regular number, dialled from abroad as +972-76-8020400.
  • Email: [email protected].
  • Address: פארק עתידים, Tel Aviv. HaMislaka gives no street number or postcode.
  • Complaints: HaMislaka names no ombudsman of its own; it runs under the supervision of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority, whose public inquiries unit takes calls on *3002 or 1222-3002 (both Israeli numbers), Sunday to Thursday 9:00–16:00, and post at עם ועולמו 4, Jerusalem 9546304.
  • Through an agent or pension advisor. A licensed agent can request your data from HaMislaka once you authorize them, for example with a power-of-attorney code. The code is produced online on HaMislaka's site, so from abroad this step also depends on reaching the site.
  • Through Bank Leumi. Leumi requests your data through HaMislaka for its customers at no charge; you verify your identity with a credit card on HaMislaka's site, and a code arrives by SMS on the mobile you gave (Leumi, in Hebrew).
  • Through the funds themselves. If you know where the money is, a fund's own site usually opens from abroad today, and inactive accounts can be found on Har HaKesef, which also opens today. But Israeli sites change access rules without notice, and hunting for a VPN in a hurry, trying one after another, is no fun; it is calmer to set up an Israeli IP in advance and, on the day, just press "Connect".
  • HaMislaka's support answers by phone, email and WhatsApp Sunday to Thursday 08:00–19:00 and Friday until 13:00, Israel time, but its staff can't see your data; they help only with the process.

HaMislaka publishes no fax and no separate number for calls from abroad.

How to get in with an Israeli IP

  1. Sign up for SuperStableVPN: 3 days free, no credit card required. Install the free OpenVPN client on your computer and import the configuration file we send you (setup). HaMislaka registration is desktop-only, so connect the computer.
  2. Connect and check that an IP-lookup site shows Israel.
  3. Open swiftness.co.il, register or log in, and order your report. Keep the VPN on until you've downloaded it.

Ours is a static IP from a range of Israeli residential addresses. Sites flag such addresses less often than a regular VPN's datacenter ones, though no site promises to accept them (residential IP vs a regular VPN).

What a VPN doesn't fix

  • SMS codes. To receive SMS codes you will also need an Israeli phone number; see SMS codes from Israel abroad.
  • Your card was refused at registration. That's a question for HaMislaka, not for your IP.
  • Withdrawals and transfers happen at the funds themselves, under their rules; HaMislaka only shows you what is where.
