Bezeq International Website Not Loading Abroad? How to Cancel Your Internet After a Move

A person unplugging a router from the wall, an open moving box beside them

In our check on 23 October 2026, the Bezeq International website didn't open from abroad: a message saying access from your country is blocked came back instead. Through SuperStableVPN, with an Israeli IP, the site opened. After a move, what most people need from Bezeq International is one thing: cancel the internet provider, return the router and stop paying. Below is how to do that through the personal area and without it.

Open the Bezeq International site with an Israeli IP: free for 3 days, no credit card required. After that it's 17 CAD a month (about ₪36), taxes included, and only if you choose to subscribe. You'll need the free OpenVPN app: we send you a configuration file and instructions, you connect and open the Bezeq International site. There's no separate app of ours to install.

What you need from Bezeq International after a move

All of this is according to Bezeq International (service cancellation, returning equipment, moving home, in Hebrew):

  • Cancelling. The company distinguishes three requests: a temporary suspension, disconnecting a single service, and ending the contract, which disconnects all Bezeq International services. Residential customers are pointed to the personal area to stop a service ("הפסקת שירות"); the service-cancellation page says cancellation requests are accepted only in writing, through its form, and requests sent any other way don't count as valid notice. Contacts for questions are below.
  • Identifying yourself. Every request from an existing customer must include your first and last name, ID number, the last 4 digits of the credit card you pay with, and a current email address. Requests without these details aren't handled.
  • Returning the equipment to one of the Pelephone service centres; booking an appointment in advance is recommended. If you bought the equipment (mesh, WiFi+), contact the call centre first for instructions.
  • Viewing the bill and changing the payment card: in the personal area, under "החשבונית שלי" (my invoice) and "עדכון אמצעי תשלום" (update payment method).
  • Don't forget the line. An internet connection combines the provider (Bezeq International) and an infrastructure company that supplies the line and the modem. If your infrastructure is from HOT, it is cancelled with HOT (HOT from abroad); with a Yes bundle, Yes is cancelled separately (Yes from abroad).

How login works

The 2023 archived version of the login page offered two ways in: email and password, or SMS login, where you enter your ID plus one identifier (the last 4 digits of the card, your email or your bank account number) and a code goes to your mobile. It also offered a verification code sent by email (login, in Hebrew). Later archive captures of the page show the same access refusal, so we couldn't check how login works today. To log in by SMS you will also need an Israeli phone number.

What you can do without the website

From public sources — Bezeq International residential contact, Bezeq International complaints commissioner (in Hebrew):

  • WhatsApp: 050-4014180.
  • Residential customer service: *3014 or 1-800-650-655, Sun–Thu 07:00–15:00, Fri and holiday eves 07:00–12:00, Israel time. *3014 and the 1-800 number are Israeli numbers.
  • Email: [email protected].
  • Fax: 076-5100128, from abroad +972-76-5100128.
  • Complaints commissioner (נציב תלונות): [email protected] for residential customers, fax 03-9285038 (from abroad +972-3-9285038), or a letter to רחוב השחם 40, קריית מטלון, Petah Tikva 4951731.

Bezeq International doesn't publish a separate number for calls from abroad.

How to get in with an Israeli IP

  1. Sign up for SuperStableVPN: 3 days free, no credit card required. Install the free OpenVPN client on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux and import the configuration file we send you (setup).
  2. Connect and check that an IP-lookup site shows Israel.
  3. Open bezeqint.net and the personal area or the contact page.

Ours is a static IP from a range of Israeli residential addresses. Sites flag such addresses less often than a regular VPN's datacenter ones, though no site promises to accept them (residential IP vs a regular VPN).

What a VPN doesn't fix

  • SMS codes. To receive SMS codes you will also need an Israeli phone number; see SMS codes from Israel abroad.
  • The router still has to go back physically, to a Pelephone service centre; a relative in Israel can do it.
  • Other services closed from abroad are in the table of 106 Israeli websites.

Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel Bezeq International without the website?

According to Bezeq International, residential customers are pointed to the personal area to stop a service ("הפסקת שירות"), and the service-cancellation page says cancellation requests are accepted only in writing, through its form; requests sent any other way don't count as valid notice. The form asks for your full name, ID number, the last 4 digits of the card you pay with, email and phone. Both the personal area and the form are on the website, which is closed from abroad, so you need an Israeli IP to use them. For questions, use WhatsApp on 050-4014180 or [email protected].

If I cancel Bezeq International, is the line cancelled too?

Not necessarily. According to Bezeq International, an internet connection combines a provider and an infrastructure company, though it also sells combined provider-and-infrastructure packages. If your line comes from Bezeq or HOT, it is cancelled with them separately.

Where do I return a Bezeq International router?

According to Bezeq International, equipment goes back to Pelephone service centres, and booking an appointment in advance is recommended. If you bought the equipment (for example mesh or WiFi+), contact the call centre before returning it.
